Great app been doing it for a couple of days and there are clear improvements for my body!!!
The workout is good for getting in shape but software can be improved overall Id get it again

I love this app. It delivers an amazing workout, with super helpful tutorial videos to help you get started. I recently started martial arts/BJJ, and I wanted to get in shape for my training. However, I hate mundane exercises like push ups and sit ups. This apps exercises not only remind me of WHY Im doing this, but they even help with movements from class.Oh, and Im already seeing ABS! Great app!

App is alright it could be better of the videos worked. Dont know what to do or how the work out is suppose to look like
Great idea and exercises, weak software. I like the concept, looking forward to seeing the results and want to try dynamic mode - and I have to write a review to do it.
Helps to keep you motivade and on time if you have to workout alone most of the time.
