Great app for MMA ab workouts.

I love this app. It delivers an amazing workout, with super helpful tutorial videos to help you get started. I recently started martial arts/BJJ, and I wanted to get in shape for my training. However, I hate mundane exercises like push ups and sit ups. This app's exercises not only remind me of WHY I'm doing this, but they even help with movements from class.Oh, and I'm already seeing ABS! Great app!
